We align to modern best practices in building great digital products – borrowing from commercial or government. Our practices are in alignment with the Digital Services Playbook and 18f Methods - each of which are good additional resources.

Mission-Oriented Delivery

  • Define how we measure progress against those mission outcomes.
  • Undergo problem discovery to understand the most impactful problem statement opportunities to drive those outcomes.
  • Undergo solution discovery to determine the best solution to the problem.
  • Use apply DevSecOps and human-centered design practices to build and operate the solution.
  • Measure outcome metrics over time.

Pluribus Expectations

  • Every employee should understand the basics of the Mission-Oriented Delivery and how their role plays a part.

  • Every practitioner should understand the high-level priorities of the customer agency and division they support.

  • Every Pluribus leader should be able to ensure we are properly aligning efforts to the mission need, and creating the right communication and collaboration paths to do so.
