Methods
This guide allows Pluribus staff and teaming partners to be synced on what to expect when building software together. It is not a comprehensive standalone "how to" source, but does refer out to some more detailed material. This guide serves different audiences:
Experts in a Capability: This guide serves as a reference of Pluribus norms of preferences in order to be consistent with other team members.
Earlier-stage Practitioners: You need an introduction to concepts, then a path to gain proficiency. Some concepts you might understand, while others are new. This guide points you in the direction of how to learn the concepts and related practices.
Novices to a Capability: Those outside a given capability may use this to learn some of the basic "what and why" of practices, such as a designer getting a little smarter on development practices or vice versa.
Pluribus Expectations
We operate as cross-functional teams. Therefore, practitioners need to understand at least the basics of other capability areas in order to know when to lean on other expertise.
The methods here are not absolutes. Leaders adapt as needed so long as we are staying true to larger mission goals and needs.
